Sydney autumn racing hits fever pitch today at Randwick Racecourse with Winx headlining The Championships Day 2 action – full race scratchings and an updated track report ahead of the card kick-off at 11:30am (AEST) found below.

It is a partly cloudy day in Sydney meaning the current Heavy (8) track is set to stay the same if not firm into Soft territory late on the bumper 10-race card.
The Winx race is scheduled for 3:15pm (AEST) with Race 7 – the $4 million Group 1 Queen Elizabeth Stakes (2000m) set to steal the show.
She’s proven on a bottomless track however so, however the field plays, Winx will be winning her 17th-straight race today.

There are four Group 1 races set to be run and won at Randwick this afternoon with the: Australian Oaks (Race 6), Queen Elizabeth Stakes (Race 7), Sydney Cup (Race 8) and the Queen Of The Turf Stakes (Race 9) known this year as the Coolmore Legacy Stakes.
Winx may be the one they’re all out to see trackside today, but the champion is a very short-priced favourite at $1.10 in Queen Elizabeth Stakes betting at Ladbrokes.com.au.
There’s also a clear favourite in Sydney Cup odds in the next race in the form of Darren Weir’s Chairman’s Handicap winner Big Duke who is weighted for victory.
