The 2017 The BMW is the final feature meeting that will be held at Rosehill Gardens during the Sydney Autumn Racing Carnival and it is set to be an outstanding afternoon of racing.

The BMW is the feature race and the betting market for the Group 1 event received a complete shake-up yesterday afternoon when Ranvet Stakes winner Our Ivanhowe was scratched from the race due to lameness.
The Vinery Stud Stakes has also not been immune to scratchings as Gai Waterhouse-trained Cassadee was removed from the field earlier this weekend.
Plenty of rain has continued to fall in Sydney this weekend and that means for the second weekend in a row we will be racing on a very heavy track, but as we saw last weekend for Golden Slipper Day the Rosehill Gardens does handle the rain remarkably well.
