
Danzylum on his way to an impressive win in the John Dillion Stakes
7-year-old gelding Danzylum and jockey Luke Currie lead from start to finish and controlled the pace of the race. Going into the home straight he pulled away to comfortably win by 1.8 lengths from Wind Shear with stablemate Its Prince 2.5 lengths away in third.
With 61 career starts now under his belt, today’s result marks Danzylum’s 13th win.
After the impressive win trainer Robbie Griffiths said that Danzylum might next go onto the Group 1 CF Orr Stakes at Caulfield on Saturday 12th March 2011.
